Conventional tungsten carbide mold products are weakly magnetic, and non-magnetic cemented carbide molds are required under special conditions.


For example, the upper cavity of the magnetic ring rotor used in the AR-8 magnetic ring rotor mold requires a non-magnetic mold.


Non-magnetic cemented carbide refers to cemented carbide materials without magnetism. Compared with non-magnetic carbide , magnetic molds have poor performance, low hardness, and short service life. After a period of use, the inner wall of the mold is severely roughened and deformed, which affects the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the magnetic material. The use of non-magnetic carbide can effectively improve production efficiency with its excellent performance.
